RE: Elite TV/Studio66 Daytime - Discussion Thread - ShandyHand - 01-04-2018 13:06

I'm putting this here because this babe is a symptom of the weirdness at 66 days.

I was wrong. She's stopped trying now.

66 have locked the original Heather in a cupboard and replaced her with this exact, order following, barely moving, duplicate. 66 made a fatal error though, the other one used to show enjoyment in her sessions. To transmit that to devasting effect through the TV. That ability looks to have been utterly eradicated by poor management in just a few short weeks.

It seems like as a new babe at 66 you have to earn your stripes with hours of mundanity before you are allowed to show any expression of tease or seductive behaviour on TV.

How else can you explain the schizophrenic nature of 66's day shows and what their babes are allowed to do. Compare the antics of Lucy-Anne, Mikki B and Evelyn over the last few days with the changed Heather. There can only be two different sets of rules at 66. Or at least two ways of looking at them that are VERY different.

We've seen this sort of thing before of course but never has it been, in my experience, as marked or obvious as it is here.

Is it actually your fabled 'favouritism' or is it that certain babes have just managed to get themselves working with the right people behind the scenes? Different days at 66 have a vastly different feel to them for the viewer and subsequently their appeal to the customer is equally as schizophrenic.

I don't think Heather has handled her situation that well, she's let it effect her demeanour IMO, but the fault is not hers. It seems more a problematic culture of certain personelle at her studio. Does a babe like her simply have to tough it out and gain some advantages by building trust with her producers over time? Does she then get moved to days were she can once again work to her more natural instincts?

Whatever. I'm bored with shows that openly display themselves as not interested in working alongside a babe to achieve compliance in her style, to her insticts, but instead just want bland conformity.

One wonders if Heather stats have declined in the last couple of weeks and, if so, to what 66 put that down? I expect they just blame it on the lack of nips and leave it at that eh.

^ I agree 100%!!...also where she mixed it up before, i.e., change of outfit and set...she has now become more comfortable with the bed-set, which is not one I particularly like...her outfit today is also not the best I've seen her in, disappointed considering how well she started her Tv debut!....maybe it is simply down to the producer on the day, I hope she regains her form again!

Sadly have to agree: so far.
Tuned in expecting to see our Heather, the Heather of the shows she started off doing and to be honest, as pretty as she is, the show she is doing today is a replica of anyone else. This could be any girl.

I personally hate the lying down bed sets. Who the fuck lies down all day, especially when trying to tease or excite anyone?

Lets hope we see some of her sparkle back later. Really disappointing.

Dreadful.

Awful outfit, no movement and looks miserable as sin.

i blame the producer(s).

Heather still has my vote for Newcomer of the Year, but it's a shame to see her being restrained by S66 in her performances.

S66 should have a set similar to the Alleyway on BS, it'd be good to see how Heather would present a show in that environment.

Right I'm sorry guys but I'm going to have to well, object to the way that our discussions are going.
Let me assure you my intentions are entirely constructive and not aimed at anybody particularly.
When I post that for instance F's due back on an as yet unspecified date it's because she has said so live on air and Rob169 has detailed her destinations which to date have been confirmed on BGF. Very often I'll support my comment with a snip or at least indicate my source.
FACTS

Our discussion above concerning the arrival of new presenter/s and their merits appears to me to be a bit 'loose'.
I know that it's hard to be specific. I'm not suggesting that someone should conduct research of lunatic scholarship and be able to say for example that Heather laid on her front for 69% of her show or whatever but I'd appreciate some factual consideration of the circumstances.

Do you think we could answer these questions?
1. Do we think that 'The producer/s' or model agency boss assess a presenter's performance/give her feedback/nurture her skills. Is it not just a case of 'It's a porn channel, who cares?'

2. Do we think that they really consider or discuss 'Stats'.

3. How much is the repetitiveness of the presenter's job a factor? Was Heather good to start with but now she's slackened off because it's brain numbingly boring?

4. Compliance. Do we think that the impact of Ofcom's remarks plays a part here. Suppose S66 get wind of Ofcom asking a question in some way. Would that result in a particular shift being 'toned down' which we happen to see?

5. Heather has been noticed by us. Is that a factor? Perhaps 'The Producer/s' notice and suggest she eases off a bit as they conclude that the Ofcom chap might choose to watch her more?

6. Are all shifts the same? I notice that out of three shifts GalleryS66 takes part in two of them. Between 14.00 and 22.00 barely a word is posted on the Firestorm chatroom.

7. In a most un-PC way, is the time of the month a factor? Does someone not glow one day. Is that day perhaps the day that 'you' watch and conclude that she's gone off the boil permanently? I've noticed that F gets accused of not using her pervecam a lot and sometimes I've gone on the Firestorm chatroom to say, 'Well she did a hour ago' or 'All last Saturday'.

8. Customer expectation. What is the (minimum) standard of presentation that we would want in terms of appearance, personality, sexiness, age, frequency, telephone manner, use of set/s, daytime/night time/pervecam/studio cam etc?

9. League table. Do we think we could create one and all agree to stick by it.

10. What do we want? It's teleshopping. I'd like it to be like Friday Fashion on Ideal World. Try to catch a bit of their show between 15.00 and 17.00 BST and imagine S66 doing it like that.

It's been remarked that the quality of discussion on Firestorm has improved, I think that we must raise our game too.
At the end of her shift F thanks 'Hobert at UKHotties' and those on Twitter. She mentions instagram.
I don't hear her or anybody else say, ''Thank's for the comments on The Forum'' or, ''You've moved me up 3 places because of this dress'' or ''James is going to let me do Saturdays because of what you said about my poses'' or what have you.
A measure of our quality might be that S66 might take notice of our remarks. I think James came on here once years ago.
If we can marshall our opinions and raise our game it might result in the improvements in quality of broadcast that we all want to see.

Lucy saving the day with a sensational show.
