Italy banned the export of a batch of Astra Zenica from going to Australia.
Now after two cases of blood clots being reported in Austria (despite the European Medicines Agency saying that there's no evidence of a link of the clots to the vaccine) seven of the EU countries has suspended giving the jab, including Italy.
Italy doesn't want the vaccine but doesn't want it going to Australia

Football fans at the Zenit v Akhmat Grozny match in St Petersburg were offered the Russian Sputnik V jab before and after the match.
Out of the several thousand fans who were offered there were only 20 takers.

Just as many blood clots in people that have had the Pfizer vaccine but the EU seem ok with them. Oh and neither of them are out of line with the number of people in the non vaccinated population who get blood clots.
