I ask, in all sincerity, because I can't tell. That firestorm chat thing - as far as I have seen - is beset by (CLEARLY) teenage virgins that think saying what they would do to a 'babe' somehow makes it real, and people that fawn over their particular favourites and won't hear a bad word said about them. Being more like THAT is not something this forum should attempt, IMO.

A. If a model's agency and/or channel's producer doesn't give a host feedback on how they can make more money on TV then that is negligent. Most presenters that only did topless photoshoots before TV probably hit their peak levels of performance after a couple months but quite a few hit the ground running immediately like Heather did. One problem is that they all want to be on shows like TOWIE and Love Island now, so they're all hesitant about doing anything more than topless. Their agency probably advise them to not to do anything too pornographic because it'll get recorded.

2. Do we think that they really consider or discuss 'Stats'.
A. I think all channels will have data on how profitable their presenters are, and what are their biggest earning timeslots and days are for making money. Weekday afternoons are probably quiet, given that most regular viewers might be at work. Big sporting occasions probably cause a drop in revenue too, but then spike immediately after they're done due to lads having a few pints.

3. How much is the repetitiveness of the presenter's job a factor? Was Heather good to start with but now she's slackened off because it's brain numbingly boring?
A. If a host is more profitable on a certain set and/or outfit, then I guess a channel will encourage them to stick with it, which then leads to it becoming repetitive. Heather really appeared to love the attention she initially received on TV, so I think she'll want a return to that level of adoration, even if it's purely financial. Fernanda is possibly the only host that never appears bored, which then leads to her getting so many calls because her cheeky personality emanates through the TV and turns freeloaders into paying customers.

4. Compliance. Do we think that the impact of Ofcom's remarks plays a part here. Suppose S66 get wind of Ofcom asking a question in some way. Would that result in a particular shift being 'toned down' which we happen to see?
A. I'm insure as to how OFCOM regulates the channels. Someone with BTS knowledge would have to answer that. It'd be good if the channels would post on here and answer queries like B2T does. At least it'd clear some stuff up and allow us to better understand their decision making processes. It'd then allow us to better choose how, when and where we spend our money. Scarlett posting on here about the restrictions placed on her performances by BS was great, and I hope more presenters will do the same in the future.

5. Heather has been noticed by us. Is that a factor? Perhaps 'The Producer/s' notice and suggest she eases off a bit as they conclude that the Ofcom chap might choose to watch her more?
A. Possibly, but I don't think Heather's performances are more explicit than Fernanda or Charlie's shows, bar a couple of nip slips. Maybe OFCOM's assessments are similar to OFSTED and they just check in on the channels once a year, and only investigate stuff outside of that if they get a specific complaint.

6. Are all shifts the same? I notice that out of three shifts GalleryS66 takes part in two of them. Between 14.00 and 22.00 barely a word is posted on the Firestorm chatroom.
A. Someone from S66 would need to answer why that is the case. I think someone said on the forum before that there are probably a maximum of three people (producer, cameraman and runner) behind the scenes that produce the shows during each 8 hour shift.

7. In a most un-PC way, is the time of the month a factor? Does someone not glow one day. Is that day perhaps the day that 'you' watch and conclude that she's gone off the boil permanently? I've noticed that F gets accused of not using her pervecam a lot and sometimes I've gone on the Firestorm chatroom to say, 'Well she did a hour ago' or 'All last Saturday'.
A. I doubt it plays a large part in the performance levels of a host, but if it did then it's understandable. Everyone regardless of gender has days when they hate being at work.

8. Customer expectation. What is the (minimum) standard of presentation that we would want in terms of appearance, personality, sexiness, age, frequency, telephone manner, use of set/s, daytime/night time/pervecam/studio cam etc?
A. My minimum standard of presentation is that a host has her hair and makeup done, wear at least 2 different sexually revealing outfits during their 8 hour shift, has an upbeat and fun personality that's sexually provocative, I don't really care about her age as long as she's over 18, appear on TV about twice a week, a telephone manner that is highly erotic I don't want to talk about your pets or holidays, use a bed set, chair set and set where they can stand up at least once during their 8 hour shift, I want the use of oil to become a regular occurrence and for them to have the ability to do day, night or cam shows with the same level of sexual enthusiasm as Fernanda.

9. League table. Do we think we could create one and all agree to stick by it.
A. The creation of a league table that respectfully assesses our admiration for a hosts performances, remain factual and removes any fanboy biases would be really good, but would take a lot of time to develop, administer and keep up to date.

10. What do we want? It's teleshopping. I'd like it to be like Friday Fashion on Ideal World. Try to catch a bit of their show between 15.00 and 17.00 BST and imagine S66 doing it like that.
A. As a minimum I want all presenters to perform on a similarly provocative daytime level as Fernanda and Charlie. Just sell me a product that I want to buy as hard as possible. Using mainstream styles of TV and giving it a babe channel twist is a good idea. I'd like to see hosts maybe start and end their shows with a bit more aplomb and visual theatrics, maybe like how female wrestlers enter the ring. They could enter their sets with a short and seductive 10 second dance. Talk on the mic for about 10 seconds and then get down to being as filthy as possible on TV. Incorporating a Fernanda style end of shift thank you to all her callers and cammers would be good too. They could also use it to update viewers as to when they'll be back on TV. The producers also need to ensure that a presenters full body is always in shot of the main camera and that a handheld camera is always ready, so a POV section can be performed at least once during a presenters shift.

It's been remarked that the quality of discussion on Firestorm has improved, I think that we must raise our game too.
At the end of her shift F thanks 'Hobert at UKHotties' and those on Twitter. She mentions instagram.
I don't hear her or anybody else say, ''Thank's for the comments on The Forum'' or, ''You've moved me up 3 places because of this dress'' or ''James is going to let me do Saturdays because of what you said about my poses'' or what have you.
A measure of our quality might be that S66 might take notice of our remarks. I think James came on here once years ago.
If we can marshall our opinions and raise our game it might result in the improvements in quality of broadcast that we all want to see.
A. As crazy as it sounds, a specific locked thread with strong administration by the mods on the forum where hosts can feel comfortable to safely interact and get feedback on what we love about them and how they can improve their performances would be a good thing, because we want to spend money and they want to earn it. They could also use that thread to sell us stuff outside of their TV work (except trips to Las Vegas LOL). Obviously the rest of the forum can remain a place for us to voice our displeasure if we feel a presenter hasn't given us value for money in relation to anything we may have bought or tried to buy from them.
