Novavax are delaying signing a deal with the First Galactic Empire...i mean the EU due to production problems. They probably don't fancy being slagged off like AstraZeneca have been.

Don't know how many people saw it, but during a brief interview while he was in the middle of his shift, a doctor was asked when he thought things would be brought under control in terms of the waiting lists made that much worse with having to prioritise covid response?? His response was a stark reality check of where we are........he said possibly never!!!!

Equally disturbing - and infuriating given the governments position - was a nurses emotional response to how she and her colleagues were 'coping' She was crying when she referred to flashbacks she was having, and the baggage she had been carrying during the past year from an emotional/mental stress standpoint! I couldn't help but think of all the promises Johnson made about recognising what those, like this hero nurse, had done for us all in the last 12 months - being followed by a disgraceful 1% pay offer. Sunak et al would have been better off saying nothing at all unless, and until, he was in a position to properly recognise her/their worth. Of course, this 'recognition' needs to stretch further, and include community care also!! Maybe not to the same extent, but still!!

Kudos to Sturgeon for at least finding 4% in Scotland. I trust our lot will find the right (minimum) percentage too, and In Wales also!!

There's a report from America which says that researchers in Virginia are developing a vaccine that may protect people against all forms of coronaviruses.
They hope that it will stop not just covid but also the common cold. And all for just the price of $1.

Pfizer are saying that if you've had the virus then one jab gives you 7 times the antibodies compared to people who have not had the virus.

Thats prob why people who have had Covid seem to get worse side effects than those that havent prob the immune system goes into overdrive against dormant virus
