I hope she got the terms agreed in writing.
This seems to be a channel that has lost any integrity in the last 6-9 months. It’s now indistinguishable from BS in that regard.

This is not just a current wage debacle. This has been happening ever since these channels were devised. Many babes in the past have had major issues with channels over wages. Some high profile babes at that. It just seems that most of the time the name S66 crops up!

Wonder if she was told she couldn't have breaks in schedule? If so that would be a law breaker I would say this could really open the floodgates if ex stt66 babes had the same grievances as Amanda

I would say it does seem gthat if they are paying less than the minimum wage allowed, then they will be in real trouble if that was the case....

Minimum wage does not apply to the self-employed.
Babes are self-employed.

Same with things like Holidays & Sick Pay. They don’t apply to the self employed

she would have been legally allowed 1 20min break after 6 hours work , i as sure she got this i think the issue is she wanted to have a break early when on screen and 66 wanted her to wait till her booked break time

to be honest £180 per shift guaranteed appearance fee is a lot for a girl new to the shows to be given, i would not be surprised if it was not £180 for all the shifts plus her % of the different platforms, based on what she has generated i cant see 66 being that happy about giving her all the money she made them, a very strange situation really i hope she posts a update if she dose get all the money she thinks shes due,

^ 48 hours divided by 9 shifts is an average of 5hr20m per shift (6hrs with two 20 min breaks perhaps?). Not a 9 hour day. So I don't think she was expecting £180 per shift.
In fact what Amanda says in the first tweet is that she thought she'd be getting £960 for the 9 shifts (48x£20) she did as a total of her hourly rate pay or £112 a shift. Add on the tips/credit money she says she recieved from them and you get the big figure she mentions she was expecting.
Given that 66 would only have made from her actions the same money she received (the £334) at the very most (I presume this is before their other overheads too) anyone can see why they can't exactly pay up the £960 with ease.

Most other companies/businesses operate paid break systems for their employees just wondered if it would be the same on the channels or not. I assume it is...
