RE: Scottish Football - Doddle - 11-08-2012 20:22 Rangers narrowly scraped a draw today Less said about East Stirling, the better RE: Scottish Football - Doddle - 18-08-2012 07:42 'The Rangers' are today back at Ibrox, to host... wait for it... East Stirling For a club whose attendances are often in 3 figures, the prospect of 40,000+ must be a bit mind-blowing RE: Scottish Football - Doddle - 18-08-2012 21:03 Well... at least we took the lead RE: Scottish Football - Scottishbloke - 19-08-2012 17:39 It's not very often you see the name of Dundee United at the top of the league but it's nice anyway to see. A great first half performance today was enough to see off Dundee who in reality really have been thrown in right at the deep end. I sincerely hope they manage to stay up this season but it's going to be a tall order for them considering the team they built for aimed for a promotion challenge rather than an SPL scrap. Full SPL Table and results: Ross County 1 - Celtic 1 Hearts 2 - Inverness CT 2 Kilmarnock 1 - Motherwell 2 St Johnstone 1 - Aberdeen 2 St Mirren 1 - Hibernian 2 Dundee United 3 - Dundee 0 Great result yesterday for Ross County who could count themselves unlucky not to get all 3 points. Hibs winning away from home was also a surprise taking into account of their recent form. Full league Table as it stands Dundee United Hearts Motherwell St Mirren Celtic Aberdeen Hibernian Inverness CT Ross County Kilmarnock St Johnstone Dundee Celtic barely making the top 6 with Dundee United at the moment the early league leaders RE: Scottish Football - terence - 19-08-2012 17:41 enjoy your moment in the sun! RE: Scottish Football - jozefbloggz - 20-08-2012 17:36 rangers crowd at ibrox at the weekend was more than all the other games played in scotland over the weekend combined, according to sky sports news today, absolutely amazing RE: Scottish Football - Doddle - 20-08-2012 18:53 (20-08-2012 17:36 )jozefbloggz Wrote: rangers crowd at ibrox at the weekend was more than all the other games played in scotland over the weekend combined, according to sky sports news today, absolutely amazingThat's East Stirling for you RE: Scottish Football - eagle_si - 26-08-2012 16:12 The big game in Division Three ended Berwick Rangers 1 Rangers 1. Here are the post match interviews with the managers: "Well, I'm obviously bitterly disappointed not to get all three points. We controlled the game from start to finish. If we're going to get promoted then we're gonna have to beat teams like this ..." And now for an opposite view of things, let's hear from Ally McCoist ... RE: Scottish Football - Doddle - 27-08-2012 12:47 Clearly, East Stirling softened them up and Berwick reaped the rewards RE: Scottish Football - Doddle - 28-08-2012 13:26 'The Rangers' were drawn against fearsome Forres Mechanics in the next round of the Scawtish Cup. East Stirlingshire were drawn away at Fraserburgh |
