there still seems to be confusion over this. Babestation has a Dutch licence for one channel on Sky, but a different channel on Freeview? which would mean that Ofcom still has those channels covered one way or another? only Ofcom doesn't seem to realise this?
the simplest way to look at this is by watching and comparing the channels' output. if Babestation didn't have to answer to Ofcom, why are their shows nowhere near as raunchy as they used to be? why can girls on Elite and RLC do things that Babestation's girls aren't allowed to? no-one really knows.
at this moment in time the Dutch licence offers no tangible benefits.

Nobody on Elite or RLC can do more or equal to what they can do on Babestation. Babestation allows more.

that is incorrect. Babestation does NOT allow it's girls to simulate blowjobs by sucking on their fingers like Charlie is here. Elite and RLC do. Babestation used to, but not anymore.

Pretty sure I saw more than one woman do just that in the past few nights. Will be hard to prove it though, with all of the videos, but I'm sure I've seen this a lot in the past week.
