Ferguson recommended that the backroom staff be kept in place, but Moyes thought otherwise.

A look at the starting lineups in the Manchester derby at Old Trafford this week which City won 3-0.

Manchester United's Class of 92 'in talks over Old Trafford takeover bid'

The Middle-East money is most likely to come from Qatar who own PSG, and are rivals of the Emiratis who own City (won't bore you with the politics) The Qataris have been linked with United for a while now, if the Glazers aren't willing to spend then I'd be happy with a takeover of someone who is.

The last time that Utd were beaten in consecutive games by 3 goals was in 1962. They were defeats to Burnley & Blackburn Rolleyes

Perhaps instead of flying a banner around calling for Moyes to be sacked after just 8 months, those few fickle fans ought to get behind the team. Yes Moyes might have had a terrible off season, he might have made some big errors in tactical judgement at times but he has to have time to adjust to managing one of the worlds biggest clubs and all the pressure that goes with it. It took Fergie a number of years to adjust and start to win things and he too went through a spell where the prawn sandwich eaters were shouting for his head. Moyes was a decent manager at Everton and deserves to be given until at least after the summer transfer period to buy and form his own team.

Doubt thats happening now that they have bought that salford club bet the glazers were happy lol

I'm pretty sure the Glazers would never have sold to them anyway, even if the story was actually true.

RE: Manchester United FC - bytor - 29-03-2014 15:15

Thats true. The Glazers have said before that they do not intend to sell. It is too much of a long term cash cow for them. Mind you if I come across 2 or 3 billion quid buried in the back garden I might test their resolve Big Grin

Good to see the great reaction Moyes got from the fans at Old Trafford. Moyes has obviously made hard work in his first season but how does flying a protest banner help the cause. If he goes it will be a board decision and not pressure from a few misguided fans.
