I read the other day that he'd need to make himself a lord to stay on as PM, but it's more likely he'd step into a different seat after another Tory steps aside, so fuck knows what exactly would happen. It would be funny if he lost his seat because well, Boris is not a nice man.

There's nothing constitutionally stopping Boris remaining as PM even if he loses his seat. He won't have to take up a position in the Lords or take someone else's sear. Boris isn't going anywhere so pipe down haters.
