And Ofcom state there is still ongoing proceedings concerning sanctions for previous in breach rulings by S66 .
I have given a link to this in the Ofcom section https://www.babeshows.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=14756&pid=2421022#pid2421022
Thanks for the info, seems like there will be some sort of punishment and even MORE restrictions coming down the line for S66, at least judging by the response and ruling from Ofcom
Probably explains why s66 babes are still not going naked after bs let their babes go naked again

One could speculate about that.
I did wonder too about whether the breaches may in fact have been Web Only presentations but S66 hasn't pointed to that as an explanantion.
Ofcom's details are very accurate so I couldn't imagine that they'd get their facts wrong.
Ofcom are only allowed to look at the tv show, they have no power over what is shown on the web show,

Could be the pretext S66 need to go web-only, which has been their drift for a while now.

When Studio 66 get shut down by Ofcom perhaps you'll be more understanding.

Why S66 don't just drop the TV channels totally is beyond me. More trouble and costs than it is worth now.
And clearly OFCOM are trying to drive them off the TV, so it is only a matter of time.
I predict the owners of S66 will fold the company in order to avoid crippling fines from Ofcom and to get out of channel licence fees early, then set up again instantly with an almost identical brand continuing the Web operation.

I think that S66 would have dropped the TV channels by now if they wanted to. They must've considered the trouble and cost as you point out.
But Sky and Freeview are surely their principle shop window where they would have the biggest chance to acquire new viewers. I've remarked that Fernanda for example receives several calls per shift from the same few viewers of long standing. They're not all so fortunate and she herself is on TV a lot and I've heard her make a fuss about any new caller.
I'd be interested to learn whether they could escape a fine by changing their identity, was that why they changed from Elite?

Would they have had any outstanding fines from their Elite days?

Unfortunately channel licence fees have to be paid a year in advance and voluntarily giving up a licence before the year's out does not allow the licence holder to claim a partial refund.
