Highly unlikely. Isn't this the statutory sanction that we knew was coming?
S66 still have their Ofcom licence for Sky channel 912, info here http://static.ofcom.org.uk/static/radiolicensing/html/tv/cs/tlcs000515ba3studio66tv.htm
thanks for confirming Dave, dose make it look more likely they need money so are looking to sell or rent out 912 there most valuable sky channel,
Surely it will be up for renewal soon in april

Yes, Elite TV/S66 started on the 1st of April, but they didn't use this licence back then, if memory serves, they used to broadcast using a Playboy Channel licence back at the start .
The Company/licencee of Sky channel 912 is, 914 TV Limited.
914 TV LTD is the company that was behind/licencee of former channel "Hotel Voyeur".
The 914 TV LTD name comes from the Sky channel number that used to broadcast Hotel Voyeur back then, and later Angels TV .

Dave
Most likely a daft question to ask but here goes:-
If 914 was licenced to "Hotel Voyeur" and S66 then temporarily using the licence BEFORE they acquired their own, who would have been liable for any breach of said licence whilst St66 were using it even if it was still registered to "Hotel Voyeur"?

I never connected April the 1st to S66..

^^It's the licence holder that pics up any fine, as its there job to make sure that anyone other companies using there channel is complyent, this is interesting as didn't realize 66 where not the licence holder for 912

The Company that was the licence holder of the Sky channel 914, that Hotel Voyeur used to broadcast on was, 914 TV LTD, when Hotel Voyeur finished, Angels TV then started to broadcast on this channel, using the 914 TV Limited licence, when Angels TV finished, S66 started broadcasting on this channel using the 914 TV licence, and have been using the 914 TV LTD licence to the present .
914 TV LTD is liable for all breaches made by these broadcasters .
James MCCann became a director of 914 TV LTD back in 2015 https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/06212627/officers
The original company name of 914 TV LTD was, "OVER 18 TV LTD", the company name was changed in 2011 to 914 TV LTD
(edit) If memory serves, the Sky adult section go rearranged a few years ago, and some channels positions/slots changed, i think one of the changes that got made, was channel 914 moving to 912 .

^ Exactly. There's no such company as 66, Elite or anything like that (just like there is no company called Babestation). The 66 names are just branding employeed by the companies registered as licence holders with Ofcom and as the limited companies registered at companies house. There have long been two (or more) of those with control over 66 (although the original Elite set up was even more complicated I believe). All this has been mentioned on this forum many times in the past. Most recently the basics were outlined here.
McCann was (and still is I believe) always listed as a director of the relevant companies (at least in recent years). Although some significant amount of his shares in one company (Primetime Media) have been shifted to an old link, Laura Nathenson, over the last three years or so. After the most recent and significant change (confirmed at companies house on 2 Dec 2019), which saw her with more than 75% of the shares to Primetime, the move to the lessen 66's scheduling of babes on TV began in real earnest.
Yet another company of McCann's (the one formerly known as Vuepay Ltd) appointed a new director at the end of February this year, one David Hill.
What any of these changes might mean for 66's output in future is anyone's guess!

Arura Sky giving it some and meanwhile, Izzy is just head and shoulders....
RE: Elite TV/Studio 66 - General Chat & Discussion - Taon777 - 05-03-2020 22:57
So you have to think now that Izzy is back on Studio 66 after her small stay on Xpanded but she seems to not mind doing the webshows.
But she appeared on the channel for few short minutes but now is naked on the webshow but avoiding the main camera on there.
So how long is she going to be keeping up this nonsense with just showing her head & shoulders.
Is she going doing the damn tease or nightshows the correct way or what?
