Its only 3 attachments max in a single post.
Its not like embeded pics where there is no limit.
There is also a limit on the memory allocated to each user for attachments. Perhaps you have exceeded it.

The limit of caps per post does depend on the method you use for attaching the pics. For example, Yaznee attached 8 pics in post 331.

The attachments in post 333 simply don't exist - they're not on the server for some reason - maybe, as you suggest, they exceeded the size limit.

maybe you could point him to a reliable image host, so he can just post image links instead of uploading files to babeshows...
