Big Grin Seriously the whole point though is you call and they are obliged to do what you want-within reason of course, so it shouldn't have come as a surprise because that's what they are paid to do-satisfy their callers and at the price they charge it should be.

Oh trust me on this a lot of the time I hear perfectly reasonable requests declined and have had them declined myself for no good reason when asking very politely..
The other night I asked for a babe to peel off her stockings and she declined Rolleyes. Makes me wonder why I bother sometimes Rolleyes.
