RIP Labour lmao!

But I bet UKIP don't get any votes Carl

If that Exit Poll is even remotely accurate both UKIP and The Brexit Party are holed below the waterline

That other bloody woman will haunt the country again-yes Nicola 'wee Jimmy Krankie' Sturgeon will GAIN some seats and she will keep banging on and on about independence...but Boris won't let her so hopefully she will just fade away and solve her own home-grown problems and stop using this as a smokescreen.

The SNP are forecast to get up to 55 seats.
The BBC have pointed out that Ruth Davidson was going to swim naked in Loch Ness on Hogmany... eek

If this exit poll proves correct - or anywhere near it - Corbyn needs to fuck off at 9am tomorrow morning. He is clearly a man of principle... but he's also an unbending dinosaur (reasonable governance is founded in compromise) who couldn't get elected in this country in a month of Sundays. A protest, placard waver of a campaigner who should've been put out to pasture in the mid-1980s... And I say that as a trad Labour supporter.

But whatever, as regards tonight only a tiny majority of this island will benefit from the currently predicted result. So the quicker the next five years are over the better. Just please, next time out can we have an electable roster of genuine credible choice in leadership material? Cause I fucking hate the schoolyard shit we are forced to participate in (any right thinking person has an obligation to vote) by the current crop of self-serving no hopers that buzz around the top benches like air-filled turds that simply wont flush. New way needed alround. #indesperateneedofstatesmen

^The '83 result was the start of the process that led to John Smith (a thoroughly decent man IMO) and later Tony Blair reshaping the Labour party.

If tonight's result is similar it MUST lead to a similar rebuilding programme with Corbyn, McDonnell, Abbott & co being banished to the backbenches where they belong.

Starmer, Thornberry & co have been very quiet recently. I suspect that will change in the next few hours.

If the exit poll result is the final result, Sturgeon will agitate for sure, but unless Johnson overstretches, and brings forward legislation on Brexit or anything else from this point which sees a rebellion the likes of which has rarely - if ever - happened before, she is impotent - as will the DUP be (more so than recently)!!

I wonder what it was about the public persona of Jo Swinson, that saw the Lib Dems 'tank'??

You don't sound at all panicky...

The problem with Swinson is her voice. It's so high only Bats can hear her.
