German Govt officals are saying its true as well

Exclusive rights to a fucking vaccine, what an entitled shite bag. Maybe if Trump (an anti-vaxxer, how ironic bladewave ) hadn't dissolved a national health unit specifically designed for this very situation then his country wouldn't be about to be in the pandemic shitter Rolleyes

The panic buying is out of hand, if it gets much worse we will start seeing looting. That will just make the whole situation a thousand times worse. Just selfish people buying more than they need a leaving those who need it most without. At this rate most of the world is going to have to be under martial law soon.

I think the only only option is that those who are continuously repeated panic buying when they shouldn't, should now be arrested and goods confiscated and distributed amongst the elderly in their community or returned to store and re sold. Those arrested should face fines of £10,000.

They have to enforce it somehow, the panic buying is completely unnecessary and just making things 100 times worse for everyone. The Irish government announced the closures of schools etc around lunchtime on Thursday, about 2 hours later my sister couldn't get ANY nappies or baby food in 3 separate supermarkets annoyed

On a day when the supermarkets are under seige.
It seems odd to see an advert on TV for Aldi (someone doesn't like Aldi).

Agreed. Saw on the news all the UK supermarket brands came together to ask people to stop panic buying, dont see that working unless they somehow enforce it with threats of fines. Something needs to happen to stop it.

Peoples freezers and cupboards can only hold so much.

There are no shortages. As long as the supermarkets are not having any problems restocking, it'll sort itself out in a few days

I’m an epidemiologist. When I heard about Britain’s ‘herd immunity’ coronavirus plan, I thought it was satire.

Unless you get your home delivery by 40ft artic Wink, that's a different division.

They won't have the staff in place for a Christmas type rush just now and it may be they're prioritising keeping the shelves stacked to avoid problems in-store.

Anyway, as I said, a few days...
