Agree Jurgen was very classy on the panel and he was getting lots of praise on social media

I reckon if either the head of FIFA or UEFA ever comes up for re - election I will back OFFICIALLY snooks for either job.....Big Grin Big Grin Smile
And we should pile preessure on the 'boring old farts (however many there are)' - to coin a phrase FA to take him on board to run the Cup competitions and also put him up as official candidate for either. While you are at it Snooks get rid of those Chinese League sponsors for a start get our competitons sponsored by Sainsburys or something or even get Milk Marketing back on board the Milk Cup had a certain ring to it...

Group F was tagged as the group of death - France, Germany, Portugal and Hungary - but none of those sides have made it to the quarter finals.

Of the 4 countries that qualified from 3rd place in their groups, 3 of them are still in the competition - Czech Republic, Ukraine and Switzerland.

Really good morale boosting win for the nation. Sterling, Stones and Pickford were the stand-out players for me, along with Thomas Muller for missing that sitter... Wink

This would be my fantasy eleven based on the performances and results of the last 16:-

4-3-3

Goalkeeper

1 - Pickford (England)

Defenders

3 - Spinazzola (Italy)
5 - Stones (England)
4 - Vertonghen (Belgium)
2 - Azpilicueta (Spain)

Midfielders

8 - Holes (Czech Republic)
6 - Busquets (Spain, captain)
7 - Zinchenko (Ukraine)

Forwards

10 - Sterling (England)
9 - Dolberg (Denmark)
11 - Seferovic (Switzerland)

Dont forget Denmark got through their group by winning 1 and losing 2 of their games as well.

And not only that they finished 2nd with just 3 points not even 3rd or 4th how does that happen.

We now know why Thomas Muller missed his chance during England’s 2-0 victory over Germany in the Euro 2020 Round of 16. It was entiry down to Uri Geller, or so he says Wink
