Paul Raymond Publications had a stake in 66? That simply can't be true, because if it was it would be a matter of public record. But I'm curious as to what made you think that?
There was some connection however, because Elite TV (as it was then) used to broadcast on the daytime hours of Top Shelf TV, and that was owned by Paul Raymond Publications.
Because Elite TV were broadcasting on Paul Raymond's (previously unused) daytime hours, you perhaps assumed that there was likely some greater connection between the two?

I've answered this question and gave my take on things, without giving links in a previous post https://www.babeshows.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=17445&pid=2466784#pid2466784
But Basically Bluebird didn't have any licences of their own, they used Ofcom licences of other company's, some of these company's had their licenses revoked and other company's got Ofcom fines and eventually went out of business .
This meant Bluebird had no channels left to broadcast on .
Some info with links here
The 3 Babeworld channels that Bluebird broadcast on, that got their licences revoked was back in 2011, info here
https://www.ofcom.org.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0026/45926/obb192.pdf
The live 960 channel that Bluebird used to broadcast on, that got it's licence revoked was also back 2011, info here
https://www.ofcom.org.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0019/46090/issue177.pdf
Blubird ceased broadcasting on the 17/10/2013 https://www.babeshows.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=57118&pid=1334785#pid1334785
As i said the licencee of the remaining channels Bluebird last broadcast on was Satellite Entertainment Ltd, that company was dissolved by a compulsory strike off back on the 22/10/2013, info here https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/04890743/filing-history
So whatever the reason was for Bluebird to stop broadcast tv shows , it's clear that at the time they finished on tv, they didn't have any channels left to broadcast on .
{edit} just edited the links, they didn't work when i just tried them, hopefully they do now .

No matter what reason Bluebird dissolved, S66 isn't far behind not being on TV. It's disappearing. There are hardcore fans of S66 still and not surprising at all really. S66 going to cams is an awful decision and even on a normal today in the studio like Rebecca Kelly would always put on the best possible shows and now she's on cams, it's completely watered down. If S66 sets that tone with that quality then S66 qon't last the year.

The tone prevalent is too negative. If an influential employee at S66 cared to consult these pages, I believe that they'd turn away and those people would be done a dis-service.

66 really are tinpot , how hard is it to give the girl a keyboard so she can type poetically when its 66 own site shes typing on, they would be far better dropping there own chat box and going back on firestorms one, but then 66 gallery would be far more shown up for just trying to spin stuff all the time , they really dont do them selfs any good on there chat box at the moment, 2 years and counting trying to get a live keyboard on the tv set
this is my who issue with them at the moment they are just not getting the simple things right , stuff like this is an easy win to get them back on side with the fans , its the whole lazy cant be bothered thats running though 66 at the moment stopping that happening

not if they where good management they would see the issues and try to fix them, most companies spend a lot of money looking for the sort of feedback 66 can get here for free, its just that 66 seam to not want to take it on board

It will be interesting to see how Studio66 use Jennifer Kelly.
She's quality enough to use her on the nightshows and not just camming

Possibly.
The only clue I have is that Jenny James said they look at the chat occasionally.
I speculate therefore that they read these pages still less.

The evidence persaudes me to speculate that it's not because.
1. Computers and systems can tie you up in knots.
2. They might not trust all girls to use it compliantly.
3. Only the minimum staff can socially distance adequately.
4. Third party engineers might be needed, they're furloughed.
5. The managers are onsite infrequently.
6. This is a productivity issue. Traditionally the British are poor at that.
I know it's frustrating
