Really liking this tennis court set , i want it to stay but it will probably just be on while Wimbledon's on and it's nice to finally see a new set it feels like years since we have had a new one.

Thank God for Atlanta and Poppy!! The two of them have made Sunday a lot of fun!
They've also washed away that bad taste caused by the embarrassing channel known as Studio 66.

I finally received a reply from BS, thanking me for ‘bringing this to our attention’ and assuring that everyone would be made aware that this is not acceptable.
We’ll see if it has any effect, but I guess I can put my angry pen away for now.
Well, I guess it was wishful thinking.
Not only is it happening more than ever (i.e. regularly), but now it’s happening a lot on s66 too.
It is seriously pissing me off. It’s theft as far as I’m concerned. For an industry that regularly gets its collective knickers in a twist about ‘freeloaders’, they are taking an awfully cavalier attitude toward people who DO call.
I’ve checked the PSA Code of Practice and, by my count, this behaviour clearly breaches at least 3 and possibly 5 of its requirements. The complaint form is refreshingly easy to submit.
If anyone has a better idea about how to stop this or wants to berate me for being a treacherous turncoat threat to the channels, then now is the time. Cos if it happens to me one more time, I’m not going to hesitate.

^ Just a thought but have you tried writing to them pointing out which of the requirements you believe they are breaching and putting them on notice that you will report them if they do not immediately cease committing such breaches.
Might make them sit up and pay attention. I presume you can quote times and performers involved.

I’ve also asked for a precise statement about the channel’s policy on this. I was told my request would be ‘escalated’ and someone would get back to me. No one ever has.
In truth, they have refunded credits. But they don’t make it easy and it’s not automatic.
They are essentially maximising their ‘yield’ in the same way that an airline maximises the yield of any flight: by overbooking. But when an airline passenger gets ‘bumped’, the compensation is immediate. In this case, callers are being bumped and the onus is on them to initiate an unnecessarily protracted conversation with Customer Service to get their credits back.
