Pissed off with getting pissed off about so much stuff for no reason.
Pissed off at forgetting to take my medication then even more pissed off at getting so pissed off. Pissed off at having the concentration span of a f@$=ing doughnut and not being able to do or watch anything without nodding off. Pissed off at low motivation. Pissed off at nodding off, pissed off at feeling tired all the time, pissed off with my mental health, pissed off at getting pissed off about being pissed off.
FFS I am totally pissed off

Really starting to get really annoyed at all the 18-30s who haven't had a covid vaccine yet especially here in Scotland when over half the current cases are them just fking get it if not we will be slowly going backwards I feel

Hmmmm. Oh well here it is anyway.....
My mind has been like an empty space
My heart and soul dragged all over the place
This mental state of mine so energy sapping
Irritableness, impatience and indecisive flapping
Everything seems to matter so much and yet so little
Not living life to the full with emotions so fickle
Sense of purpose reduced to dodge and weave
The implications of mood swings as I try to breathe
Every moment is a challenge not to fall asleep
So tired at times I am made to weep
I use mindfulness techniques to give me hope
Drugs by themselves not enough to cope
My mood so low and tension high at the very least
Unpredictable, tiresome, unforgiving of beast
Yes this is a battle against depression and for a sense of direction
To which I raise my strongest objection
A desperate struggle fighting intense deflation
Every activity no matter how simple saps my concentration
Why should such easy tasks require such effort and toil?
With the frequent result that my temper does boil
Words come easy to me now and always in spite of it all
They have always been my salvation to help me stand tall
I have no desire for pity just a wish to be heard
I will not be defeated by this beast - true happiness deferred
Snooks is nothing if not a determined and stubborn old git
Daftness personified with occasional bursts of wit
Thank you for reading this reflective ode

In France they use a carrot and stick approach for the double vaccinated.
The carrot is that you can travel to some countries without tests. And the stick is that you can't go into bars, clubs or resturants without either a double jab pass (or a recent test). Macron's not popular but the vaccine uptake has greatly improved.

Yeah Scotland could be bringing in vaccine passports by the end of the month if the msps vote personally its way overdue as cases have been awful the last few weeks dread to think what England could be in the next few weeks
