Mica's an even more classic case than Ashley Emma of someone whose performances are all too easily dragged down by S66's boring, lazy and generally disinterested producers.
Any producer worth his/her job would've easily "brought Ashley Emma's performances back from the dead" because she was pretty much crying out for such behind-the-scenes encouragement instead of yet another night going through the same old dreary routine.
It turned out Babestation were willing to offer her that encouragement and, hey presto, Ashley Emma starts being regarded as the nightshows' answer to Lazarus just for doing what she was always capable of doing at S66 but due to her frustration with their producers' current incompetence rarely delivered.
Mica's only fault is that her natural body language shows her boredom/frustration on-screen even more easily than Ashley Emma did but if another channel's willing to encourage Mica, they'd surely be repaid with a similar revival.
I'd reckon several of the other S66 models are equally bored/frustrated but simply happen to be better at smiling/acting through it.
When it's only one model clearly looking disinterested on any particular channel, it's probably that model's fault but when it's blatantly a big chunk of the roster in that slump, then that's certainly the producers' fault and Mica's obviously caught up in as blatant a case like that as you'll ever see.

^^^^That's the thing, the producers ARE interested, interested in chatting and flirting with the women, including Mica, and with playing tease where they offer the mic, then pull it back when the women reach for it.
It's half the fault of the women, and half the lame producers.

Which is precisely what happened with Mica in her short stint at Babestation, totally different body language and actually looked like a babe enticing to you to call her. Looks like BS know how to get the best out of a babe more than this mob nowadays.
Pity she's reset to bored mode back on S66. Naturally attractive girl but her 'don't want to be here' attitude is not sexy for me.

Just had a look at the S66 schedule from their site and it lists Mica as being at home. So it seems she is still part of their channel for the time being,
