Hamilton 2 Falkirk 2 - a late equaliser sparing their blushes.
Dunfermline won over Morton, and Raith lost, so maybe not all is lost after all.

Hamilton managed to lose at Airdrie, whilst Falkirk beat Dunfermline. With Ayr also losing, Falkirk are back in control, 6 points clear.

East Stirling drew at Civil Service Strollers.

After Dunfermline lost last night, Hamilton duly lost today. Ayr lost too, and Falkirk won comfortably to improve their lead still further.

East Stirling beat Celtic B, a result which can only be described as remarkably good.

Ayr 1 Hamilton 1
A late equaliser for the home side, which doesn't really help either cause.

RE: Scottish Football - Doddle - 29-03-2025 22:25

Hamilton and Dunfermline both lost 3-0. I saw a thing yesterday about Dunfermline signing Victor Wanyama, which seemed ludicrous, and I see today he managed to get sent off too.

Oh, and East Stirling lost 4-1 at home against Albion.

Dunfermline won last night, as did Airdrie. The vaguest crumb of comfort for Hamilton is that Queens Park make up the bottom 4, so at least it's not quite a two horse race (yet).

Dunfermline 0 Hamilton 1
Airdrie won again, so that bottom 4 feels far from decided, with 4 games to go.

rangers lost their 5th straight home game in a row for the first time in their 153 13 year history Big Laugh

Oh, and East Stirling beat Broomhill 1-0. Feels like many years since a mid-table finish has been a realistic goal.

RE: Scottish Football - Doddle - 12-04-2025 21:21

East Stirling beat Gretna as well, so still 9th.

Hamilton got a good win at Partick, whilst Dunfermline beat Queens Park. The upshot is HA are 7th and DA are 8th, so might both survive.
