I think Lilly was a little confused in that last session, as to which camera she was on.
You would think that the producer would tell her she was actually on both.
902 was showing footage from one camera. And if you were watching the manually tuned channel. That was showing the other camera.
Although, by the way the cameramen kept showing footage of nothing, it would seem the cameramen did know either.
I suppose when things go wrong, they might as well make an ass of themselves as well.
