jenna louise coleman looks like amber tiffani thiessen in the last pic. mr moffat should get amber tiffani thiessen to play her mother.

First pic.

RE: Dr Who - Rammyrascal - 24-03-2012 07:44

my guess for the new companion was georgia moffett as the past 3 companions including karen gillan had minor roles in dr who before being the companion and georgia was in the ep the doctors daughter where she met her real life hubby

karen gillan's first appearance in dr who is on bbc3 this evening at 7pm

Does anyone no when the new series starts

RE: Dr Who - Rammyrascal - 24-03-2012 11:55

in the autumn, 6 episodes & xmas special then the rest of the series early 2013

RE: Dr Who - Doddle - 24-03-2012 14:43

Most likely around the anniversary in November. That would give them 5 weeks running up to the Christmas special, then 8 in early 2013.

Cheers for the info

So we have to wait until October then I take it, oh well would have been nice if we didn't have to wait so long, I make no secret of the fact I'm gutted Karen Gillan is leaving the show but I wish her well in her future projects. Season 6 for me was fantastic and arguably Doctor Who's finest ever and this new season is going to be a tough act to follow. Bringing back Doctor Who in 2004 was a masterstroke and it's just gone from strength as it also has a strong audience in the states who have tradionally never understood British TV or humour. Doctor Who's new companion jenna-louise coleman should be interesting, that's one lucky Doctor who just seems to get all the hot women, jammy bastard.

Don't like the looks of this woman, but then, I didn't Matt Smith, took me a year to watch his doctor, only to find he was second best to Baker, even better than the mighty Pertwee.
