RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - Charlemagne - 07-06-2014 21:16 The match has been delayed due to lightening. By coincidence it started to lighten where I am at exactly the same time The games been delayed for about 30 mins RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - Fernandez Esperenda - 07-06-2014 21:24 And here the worst thing is we are stuck with Probably an hours extra worth of Adrian Chiles last week when you play Ecuador the first thing he said was "Welcome to Rio"... says it all RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - cosmonaut - 07-06-2014 21:40 The Honduras fans beat a very hasty retreat under cover once that storm hit the stadium. For some reason many of the England fans decided to stay out in the open to take a right soaking. RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - dominar rygel xvi - 07-06-2014 22:16 There are a few rough challenges going in tonight. For a friendly match the England-Honduras game isn't very friendly. RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - cosmonaut - 07-06-2014 23:20 Barkley's been England's main man tonight. He's done a lot more in the second half than Rooney did in the first. It finishes 0-0 with Honduras playing with 10 men for the last 25 mins. England had their chances but didn't test the keeper and need to finish better to win matches. RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - amber_is_a_goddess - 07-06-2014 23:23 not England, anyway. RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - Fernandez Esperenda - 07-06-2014 23:26 I'm sorry but I have to say it, England have no hope in Brasil... If anything Barkley and Sterling are your only hope of anything.. But Hodgeson probably wont even play them until it's too late. RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - amber_is_a_goddess - 07-06-2014 23:28 if Hodgson picked players on form England would have the best chance in years. he hasn't got the bottle, though. Barkley and Sterling should be the first two names on the sheet RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - Fernandez Esperenda - 07-06-2014 23:36 Hart
Johnson Cahill Jagielka Baines Henderson Gerrard Barkley Sterling Sturridge Lallana That's a team playing to England's strengths, Glen Hoddle is saying pretty much the same as us on here... he should be your manager, not Hodgeson, he won't progress this team at all... RE: World Cup 2014 Brasil - amber_is_a_goddess - 07-06-2014 23:38 Hoddle hasn't a clue. Dixon was the only person talking any sense when the pundits were picking their teams Hoddle wanted Gerrard and Lampard in midfield haha |
