Now that Scotland have qualified for the World Cup, non Scottish footballer are suddenly putting their name forward to play for them.

Newcastle's Harvey Barnes has played for the England Under 19's and Under 21, he's played for England's National Team but only in a friendly. And he's suddenly throwing his hat into the ring to now play for Scotland.
I know where he was born, and it was in the same hospital as me and it's nowhere near Scotland.

Good Scotland players have fought to play for there country in the World Cup and they deserve to go there and not you.

Hamilton beat bottom side Kelty Hearts, so it's not all bad.

East Stirling beaten by Civil Service Strollers, though.

John Rankin resigned from Hamilton

Hamilton got a decent draw with Stenhousemuir, whilst East Stirling lost at Celtic B/II/whatever.

Hamilton were put in their place after being thumped at Inverness; East Stirling remained in their place and lost to Stirling University.

Isn't the rule that unless you qualify by ancestry or you play for your birth country in a competitive international (Friendlies don't count), you cannot play for another country??
I totally agree, what makes him think he qualifies as Scottish?? I am sure if he was to continue playing well regularly Tuchel might give him a second look.
But If Tuchel ignores him and he gets rejected by Scotland, he'd probably get snapped up by Australia or worse still the USA.
