Goodness, doesn't time fly. It's more than two and a half years since I posted my ten (which was the original remit!) as Tammy Oldham, Ani James, Ashleigh Doll, Roxy Belle, Sammie Dee, Tia Jones, Mica Martinez, Dionne Mendez, Adele Taylor and Samantha Amore.
Five of the ten are no longer involved with the babechannels so I'd keep Tammy, Ani, Mica, Dionne and Adele and replace the other five with Kimmy Haze, Terrie Hawkes, Fernanda, Ria Martinez and Jemma Jey.
Mind you, that assumes that I couldn't persuade Ashleigh and Roxy to return!

Are folk choosing their babes for this based on who they like or by who can make the channel some money. I think it would be difficult to keep to making rational business decisions, if you had free rein to select your own roster - remembering that it's not for your own viewing pleasure.
I would simply look at the number of views per each girl's thread on here and pick from there. Boring but lucrative (I would hope).
I'd want a girl like Kimmy Haze to give a bit of buzz on the mic, and also a once a week nostalgia night where an old favourite comes in as a guest appearance (because no matter how much you moaned about them when they were on all the time, you miss them when they go).
And seeing how keen we are to make favourites lists, why not charge viewers 50p a vote to have a weekly top ten competition, with a free pic to everyone calling in. In fact, I'd give out pics to all callers - it's not like they need to cost £1.50.
And no-one can be on more than two nights a week

If I ran a babe channel, I would only hire women to work behind the scenes of the shows. Don't see the point of men on set at all. Especially annoying when they do those annoying thumbs up in front of the camera, or wolf whistling when the girls are on the mic!
