When you look up the definition of Topless it says - being without a top,having no clothes on the upper part of the body.
The description you use is FULLY topless,but admit the top didn't come off COMPLETELY,that a contradiction.Fully & completely have THE SAME meaning.Another word for FULLY would be ALTOGETHER.When someone is said to be "in the altogether" they are naked,bare,nothing on,undressed,unclothed.
If you consider the point behind TOPLESS SUNBATHING,which is non-sexual & done purely to achieve an all-over tan with no white bits,strap marks etc.
So if a woman on a beach with her tits hanging out of her top which is still fastened up in the same way as Cara did last night you would still argue that she was FULLY TOPLESS ? I don't think you would,that would be stupid.

I been one to criticise these tease shows the most. But she did show some Tit which takes beyond the profile of a dayshow so it is what it is. I have no complaints. If you wanna see a proper show wait till Amanda Rendall comes on over on RLC!

This is a matter of definition and expectation as far as I'm concerned.
Was it a 'full nightshow'?
No. Why?
(a) it was imo an extended naughty hour with the odd partial boob flash.
(b) it only went on till 1am.
Was she fully topless? No. Why?
Because the top never came completely off and the boobs were never revealed in full.
Did I expect anything other than what I saw? No. Why?.
Because she has made it clear in the past she had no intention of doing full nightshows and indeed having recently chatted to her myself she reconfirmed that.
Naughty hours are all we will get on telly from her.
For the more explicit stuff as I said before will be on her website and on Born 2 Tease vids.
This is not an attack on her. She is quite entitled to only offer the topless and naked stuff on website formats that make her money.
It is not down to her to show the goods on extended naughty hours. It is an S66 problem and not a Cara problem.
S66 have made their choices regarding naughty hours and extended naughty hours.
It is S66 who appear to have branded the appearance of Cara till 1am as a nightshow when in the opinion of many including myself it was merely an extended naughty hour.
Not Cara's problem, not Cara's fault.
If we are going to offer criticism in any direction it should imo be at S66.
