The brilliant Faith Kipyegon has set a new 1500m World Record to beat her previous one.
She stormed to a time of 3 minutes 48.68 seconds to win the Diamond League race in Eugene.

Amy Hunt has been established for quite a while now. 200m is her gig more than the 100m and she has been quietly improving over the last year or two. Her performances in the Diamond League events have shown promise and she has now delivered on the biggest stage.
KJT has just secured bronze in the Heptathlon and looks emotional at her achievement. Well done Kat.

Keely Hodgkinson denied again with bronze. Georgia Hunter with an excellent silver.
Morgan Lake also left disappointed with no medal in the high jump while George Mills had a desperately poor 5000m to finish 16th.
