1. Paying to watch a 3G show does not entitle you to distribute that 3G show.

We went through this weeks ago when i tried to explain to Ass2Brain the finer points of copyright infringement as a result of the Tiffany row.
An online show constitutes a performance and as such will be subject to the same copyright laws as a pre recorded show. I even posted the relevant sections of Cellcast's terms and conditions to show this. Not that A2B had any interest in trying to understand it.
And as for your question about posting Sky clips - no of course paying for Sky doesn't entitle you to distribute video clips! Haven't you understood any of the very sensible posts on this issue made here recently? The mind boggles, it really does.

If I remember correctly, this forum has been given permission by Cellcast to post clips and screen caps from the broadcast shows.
