Hmm, well I live near Bristol but get BBC1 Wales if I use freeview. When I do a scan on my tv the channel doesn't show - I remember reading somewhere that others have had this problem. :S

Strange, I'm not all that far from yourself, being from Newport. Are you doing a 'full scan and replace current channels' or just 'scan for new ones'?
I believe the latter did not work when I tried, and it may have taken me a few attempts to get the channel also.
