So here's my question WHO GETS FINED FIRST?
bit of an exagerration on porn downloaders in the UK - i think its a lot lower than 1 in 10 that downloads porn at all, let alone daily.
having said that, there are much more countries than 107 - there are around 60 countries in europe alone - just going by fifa world rankings there are over 210 countries and some are not on that list - so it may be more than that number you had of 738 million.
Not wanting to start yet another thread war but Sorry mate for been wrong on the number of countries in the world but my atlas is a bit old, but if you google how many countries there is it clearly states that there is 195 not 210 countries but hay its still one hell of a lot of downloads they have to try and trace back to the individuals IP's addresses!!!!!

I read on a torrent site that HBO was contacting IP's about their customers and the downloaders were getting letters from HBO's lawyers for downloading and seeding True Blood

I know you're a fan of them BBB, but Torrents are far more dangerous than direct downloads in terms of the ability to track your IP and therefore you.
