Never had any of this happen to me that I've noticed, and I suppose it would be fairly noticeable. The last query sounds like something you should consult your GP about though if it's causing discomfort and worrying you.

At least it's official now, snookered has never pocketed his balls! Tongue ... Unlike Hitler who apparently did indeed suffer (although for his entire life) from one-ball syndrome (monorchism - http://www.theguardian.com/world/2015/dec/19/hitler-really-did-have-only-one-testicle-german-researcher-claims).
