Until you can use the normal forum URLs, logging out isn't easy. Everybody's link for logging out contains a ID code specific to their session, so I can't tell you what the link is. The following will log you out.
1. Hover over the 'log out' link at the top of the page
2. Right click and Copy the Link
3. Paste the link into your URL bar at the top
4. Replace the http://www.babeshows.co.uk/ part of the URL with http://174.123.87.210/~babevide/
5. Go to that link and you'll log out.

I have never tried changing the host file on a Windows computer myself, so cannot advise any further.
seems back to normal for me now thanks I just left it for a day and came back and it was all working
