If they are going that route and people have a choice such as watch the normal service as is or watch something harder and pay x amount then people have a choice its simple. Then there can be no more complaining about not rubbing pussy with intent etc

You're not getting it - when I said about americans paying twice over, I meant once for the service, and again to call the girls.
Anyway, thinking about it, there's already a "hardcore" service - 3G, so I guess it will just be like that, only televised. Fortunately for me (and my wallet) my favorite girls are the glamour babes who will no doubt stay on the free (and freeview) channels (at least I hope so!)
