Emma or Gemma or Alexa from The Pad as most improved compared to last year, and I can post video examples for each to show how much.
Maybe someone at the Pad has told these ladies to get sexier on daytime, as they are all firing on all cylinders now. Awesome babes.

Another vote for Paige, echoing some good comments here especially by josh187.
The thing that sticks out the most is that she just seems so much more INTO it.
It's either very good acting or she's really started to enjoy herself much more (probably a mixture)
but her shows have just been absolutely brilliant. Send her on more (short) holidays, they seem to inspire her!

I will have to mention two girls here I'm afraid.
Babestation - Cleo (just!) because as people have said previously she has gone from shy handbra user to regular nudity in only a couple of months (since her return to nights).
Elite - Ashley without a doubt! To go from the Early Morning show to the Night show in six months without showing any inhibitions is remarkable!

I think babestation Cleo has upped the game, but I'm still not a huge fan of her nightshows. For me, she's more suited to days - the flirty, not dirty look... I've been disappointed with her night performances..
