I think Fone_Perv has been banned since his profile has been set to away and seeing that you can't add reputation to his profile I think that is the reason.

This is not a place to hear these sort of comments - Not even a place anywhere else.

Funny thing is too if you look up her rep Shiny was one of the first to rep her and say good things about her and then she turned on him
