your best bet is to tell her to get her sky remote and type in one of the followingcombinations :
906,908,909,910,911,914,921,922,959,965 or 966 possibly a couple of others
That will tell her what she needs to know, why has she not done this? sorry but she cant be that interested if shes sent a mate to do the leg work for her.
