Kenya 142 all out off 43.4 overs

Sri Lanka 146/1 off 18.4 overs

Sri Lanka won by 9 wickets


Kenya got off to a awful start by losing 2 early wickets however the Obuya brothers put on 94 runs for the 3rd wicket once Collins Obuya departed they collapsed from 102/2 to 142 all out. Sri Lanka got off to a fast start and despite losing 1 wicket they were always in control of this very pointless match really.

It's England v Ireland tomorrow.

Let's hope that England bat first and are given the chance to post a very large total.
We don't want another 140 run chance that there was today...

Hats off to Malinga today, I would hate to face his yorkers.

Tomorrow I hope we get a win, of course we've batted second twice now, so wouldn't mind seeing as set a total. Hopefully pick up a win. Keep Yardy in the side and I expect since Broad is back fit to see Shahzad go instead of Anderson, if Jimmy does play tomorrow he has to have a better game than his first two in this World Cup so far.

This is officially the most humiliating moment in the history of english cricket. I have had the misfortune to experience some of english crickets worst moments but this is without the most shameful performance in living memory. To lose to a side as rubbish as ireland is an absolute disgrace, every one of those so called players are no longer fit to pull on an england uniform.

england, hang your heads in shame, you are a disgrace to this country.

If the England football team lost at home to the Faroe islands or Malta, that would be the equivalent of losing to ireland at cricket. they are officially rated as one of the worst sides in international cricket.

fair enough but your taking away a great performence by ireland. they (obviously) can compete with any side on their day!

NOT A CHANCE! ireland could,nt even score 200 to beat bangladesh a few days ago. I have seen EVERY england game home and away since 1981, wether it be Test, One day or 20/20, and that was the most inept display i have EVER seen.

The entire team should be sent home in disgrace.
