Just checked the freeview CH 93 EPG's on 4 apliances i have on , 2 TVs Panasonic and Samsung , 2 hard drive recorders Panasonic and a Thompson Top up TV twin tuner and all have a seven day EPG for TVX being shown from 11pm on Ch 93 , the EPGs must be wrong
{edit} The content is just the same encrypted stuff as TVX usually show .

How strange there website has been updated again. It is now allowing freeview people to subscribe again.

Maybe the guide is correct.

I am very confused as to why they changed the website to say it closed then put it back to the way it was.

*edit* my box has just changed from saying there closed also. It now has tv X programs listed.

Can anyone confirm if they have a full 7 day guide. Mine has 1 day guide then says its closing tomorrow. Not sure if its right to be honest.

It looks like one to watch though as they did alter the website then altered it back so maybe a change will happen to television X soon.

My EPG now says "programs no longer available" up to 11pm , then after 11pm it shows the normal TVX encrypted programs being shown up to Friday night were i now don't get any info whatsoever , not even a "programs no longer available" message .

I would keep an eye on TV X then because todays very odd changes to there site could signal a change at a later date.

It could also be the 3 companies involved with this channel slot could have sorted out a last minute deal to keep it on freeview. This seams most likely as the guide did say programs no longer available then went back to having tv listings.

The last option could be the future tv x listings could be an error.

Just posted by Ray Cathode on digital spy.
Quote:I think someone at TUTV is playing silly games. The "programmes no longer available" has been shunted up to Saturday 20/3/11 at 11pm when curiously there is also no EPG data for LCN191 ADULT redhotTV. Until then it appears to be business as usual.

I reckon they've had a last minute stay of execution.

Whether this turns out to be right or not remains to be seen.

Television X came on air as normal tonight.

The hours of the slot say that won't happen. None of the TV X ones anyway as there all licensed in the UK and ofcom will not allow a start time before midnight on freeview for all babes channels licensed in the UK.

my EPG say the same as yours dont no what going on yet all seems a bit odd but my ideal case would be tvx on ch93 shuts and is replaces with a free babes channel that has 1 good PQ 2 no add 3.more 2 4 1 or 3 4 1 Big Grin

my freeview EPG now has beem updated and i have full EPG for tvx for the next 7day 2300-0300 so look like tvx is staying for now anyway

Television X off air MHEG has now been restored to the old MHEG that was there before the changes. So look like TVX is safe on freeview
