I remember when Manchester United beat Bayern Munich in 1999 to win the UEFA Champions Cup. And they were losing 1-0 going into injury time. They scored twice in two mins.

That Ashes test series was the best test series I have ever seen. I saw all those games live on channel 4. The drama was there in every single day of the 5 tests. The whole nation got into it, no wonder they called it Ashes fever. Great choice, really, very good, for one of the best sporting moments ever witnessed.

Simple one for me really, even though as a sports fan in general there are loads of other truly great goosepimples moments I could recall! But I actually was at the 1999 Champions League Final, row 17 right behind the goal where all the drama took place. Sadly, it was just all-too surreal to comprehend at the time, such was the speed at which circumstances, and with it emotions, changed. I prefer not to look back but to move on so I seldom watch this, but whenever I do it does bring it all back
