Sorry I didn't reply last night about naming names, I forgot...d'oh! lol.

Admin replied to my question, this is what he said regarding Ryan Giggs.

Quote:Since he's been named in parliament it's effectively public knowledge, so we're free to name him now too. (But we should note that the matter covered by the injunction is only something alleged and not a fact at the moment, so in any open discussion about why the injunction was taken out in the first place it should really be made clear that it's an allegation which is being discusssed not a proven fact).

Please be careful how you word things, so we don't have to remove posts.

Now everyone knows who we are talking about, is there not something wrong with the law that the other person in this story can still be jailed for giving her side of the story? Given the allegations against her she should surely be able to tell her side of the story without the threat of jail. This football superstar must be a bit of a numpty to think he could embark on this affair and think no-one would would get to know about it.

He's missing Man Utd's training session today.
Maybe he's got a meeting with his lawyers

He left the training ground muttering something about "sack the fukkers" laugh

If a celebrity shags a fame hungry wannabe it is always going to be common knowledge regardless of injunctions. These people should be named just so we know who has half a brain cell.

There was never going to be a winner in this, least of all the footballers family, although the fame hungry wannabe will possibly now get the opportunity to sell her side of the sordid affair to the papers. She's saying she has no intention to do it but everyone's got a price, so let's see how big hers is.
