In 1994 Noel Gallagher saw a friend of mine busking and gave him a pound coin. Liam was there and started an argument about it, saying my friend's music was too folksy.

Sometimes the radio DJ's stop talking long enough to squeeze in a song. Occasionally its an Oasis song and after half a minute of Acquiesce or Half The World Away I forget all about the line-up changes and them endlessly swearing (in general or at each other) and remember that they've got one of the best back catalogues of any group ever. And, very, very rarely when the DJ's producer isn't listening they'll play a second track by them. And then half way through She's Electric or Little By Little I remember what all the fuss was about and that actually they're one of the top ten groups that the country's ever seen on a level with The Kinks or Slade or The Shadows.
And I don't want that all spoilt by the hype and the arguing so I don't want them to reform.
