Has Billy Bowden just cost England the chance to win the game by turning down a PLUMB lbw?
Or has India's influence convinced him not to let India lose? What a joke that DRS can't be used for lbws, India are influencing too much of cricket

Not sure it will matter mate....India now 7 wickets down.
India have had thier troubles....injury, illness etc so it will be interesting to see what happens in the Second Test (with England 1-0 up.....hopefully) Looks to be a very exciting Series.

India will come back, but hopefully England will be able to finish the job today. It will certainly be an exciting series. Hopefully the weather won't affect it to much.

Almost Rammy, they have to win the series by 2 before that happens!
Great result in the end for England, a dominant win! Bowden was lucky that didn't cost England the win, otherwise the media would have gone on and on about it!
As good as the win was, England need to get their catching sorted, Strauss in particular.
Even still, great start for England!
