I think you guys are missing something here, April is the Boss! (Managing Director no less). She is the one who does the hiring and firing.

Always fancied seeing her with her mouth full. A sandwich wasnt what I had in mind though!

I wouldn't take any notice of that title from the website...that website has to be the biggest embarassment...

Being 'the Boss' is the only thing I could see would excuse her behavour. If she's just an employee, how the hell does she get away with it? She did sweet FA from 9 till 11:00 last night. a complete waste of time.
