Most pictures are airbrushed just you can't always tell that they've been done.

Correct. 95% or more of people have tiny blemishes (permanent or temporary) which are far more likely to be seen when posing in underwear or nude. That, plus dirt on the camera sensor, dust in the studio & on clothing, stray mascara, stray hairs etc make it easier to identify photos that haven't been airbrushed/cloned than those that have been (if the job has been done by someone with a modicum of ability).

Everywhere airbrushes pics. Sex Station are just bad at it because they overdo it and it looks really obvious.
