yeah definately thats what i do most weeks! but twice last season all 20 premier league teams all scored in the same weekend and that would have gave you odds of 350-1 if you went for it! so if you had a pound every weekend on those teams to score you would have spent £4 a month but you would have won £700. this season thou the odds are only 250-1 for the same bet on the goals galore bonus coupon!

Woah! That would of been a great bet to have down that weekend of all teams scoring!
I think it is still worth a quid, like you say it is only £4 a month. I know this is how they make there cash, but one day they'll take the big hit like Fred.

It's worth known bets like this. I wouldn't have known other wise. I knew the corners one, but we usually do one similar at football anyway. Everyone has to put in a quid or 50p every time there is a corner. The pot gets passed along every time as well and who ever has it last keeps it! Oh the fun we have at lower league football laugh

I'll have to ask in my local then Sat Morning!! or howe about totesport?

can anyone help me understand this bet - someone on twitter retweeted that someone put £20 on valencia, man utd and sporting on -1 and he wins £80, does the -1 mean that those team have to lose by 1 goal for him to win his bet ? they sound like stupid bets to me because united and valencia are at home and playing poor(ish) teams. i dont understand the -/+ when it comes to betting even when i google it none of the links help.

Handicap betting means a team starts with -1,-2,-3 or in Real Madrid & Barca's case even -4 goals. If you bet on Man Utd to win on the -1 handicap then they start the game with -1 goal so they will have to score 1 goal to make the score 0-0 & will need to win by 2 goals to win the bet i.e 2-0, 3-1.

If you bet on a team on the +1 handicap then that team starts the game with a goal start (1-0), if the game is a draw then you win the bet, if your team lose 0-1 then the socre of your bet will be 1-1 so you lose the bet.

-1 handicap the team you select start a goal down.
+1 your team start a goal up.

The bet the Twitter guy has got seems about right at £20 for £80 winnings as that would suggest the odds are similar to Utd -1 @1/2, Valencia -1 @1/2, Sporting -1 @4/5 which sounds about right.
The bet has already lost as Valencia only won 1-0 & the bet needed a 2-0 win, so the bet result is -1 handicap + 1-0 match result = 0-0 bet result.

This one might tempt a few of you, and at decent odds...

20/1 for Chelsea, Bolton, Newcastle, Wolves, Q.P.R, Fulham, West Brom, Sunderland, Wigan & Aston Villa all to score.

handicap betting seems a little to complicated for an amateur gambler(me), i prefer to stick to accumalators, i like the look of money shots tip but the only team i think will let me down in that lot is bolton as bad as chelsea are playing i dont think bolton are good enough to score today, have you played that bet ?

ive only got one bet today, its the chelsea, newcastle, qpr, wigan, pompey and coventry games under 2.5 goals. it was rushed but if it comes off it pays just under £600.

How has anyone got on so far this season?

I had a few accumulators at the weekend and they let me down, I went again Tuesday night and failed, I picked up a correct scoreline last night though. Not even sure the team "Malmstead BK" I think. Swedish team. Odds were 2/7 on, so thought they'd probably score a few so stuck £5 on 3-0 @ 7/1. Happy man Smile

However I lost tonight, had a 5 team accumulator Inter Milan, Bordeaux, PSV, Hannover and Levente. Only fucking Bordeaux let me down. Merde!!!
