For me the biggest lose for Babestation will be Paige, as she has a huge fan base and the revenue that she could bring to them, or a competor is massive.
But if you want a literal/funny respose Kandi is the biggest in my opinion

Amanda biggest loss. With Gracie probably they wanted her to do the topless tease and she said no, when Toya went topless when she wasn't supposed to she got dumped pretty quickly!
