Aye well I hope the Dutch regulator tell's ofcom to get to fuck, bearing in mind this is the same regulator (nicam) that allows's sexysat TV to broadcast FTA, so for that reason I reckon Ofcom will be left with egg on their face, also what the fuck would a toddler still be doing up at 11PM anyway, what a load of fucking bullshit. I think it needs pointing out that what is shown on the BS Dutch licensed channels is also shown on the BS Ofcom regulated channels , Freeview Ch 95 with the Dutch licence simulcasts with Sky channel 910 with the Ofcom licence , the same goes for Freeview Ch 94 , freeview 94 doesn't have a Dutch licence but the Sky channel it simulcasts with Sky channel 906 does have a Dutch licence , So Ofcom do regulate what is shown on these 2 channels when they simulcast with channels that they regulate , so can't see what the problem is , the only thing the Dutch licence allows BS to do is start before 12am on freeview but what is shown on freeview Ch 95 is regulated by Ofcom because it simulcast with Ofcom regulated Sky Ch 910 , all that needs doing is the freeview adult sections be put together in 1 block like Sky away from the other channels and be able to remove them all in one go like you can on Sky , at present each adult freeview channel has to be removed separately , it's all a load of bollocks anyway imo , you can pin protect the freeview channels if you wish just like Sky to stop children watching them . If Ofcom don't like what is shown by BS on the Dutch channels then why don't they find them in breach for what is shown on the BS Ofcom regulated channels , it's the same bloody feed and they are not breaking the rules or else Ofcom would have found them in breach by now .

There watershed ends at 06:00 - 05:00 UK time. I don't think BS will recover from this.

I sincerely hope that the content of Babestation doesn't become affected and that they stick 2 finger's right up at Ofcom and say fuck you, afterall I honestly think when the Dutch censor's view the so-called pornographic material in question that they will piss themselves laughing so loudly you'll be able to hear it coming across the North Sea as it barely pass's off as 18+ nevermind R Rated, as for the rest of the channels they should all show a united front and come out with all gun's blazing with a clear message to Ofcom, no more, no more being pushed around by you fucking biggots, we've got a business to run so back the fuck right off, stand up and be counted for once

Funny you should say that as I was at my Brother's house today and like me he also has SKY TV and guess what he also has 2 toddlers who just for the record go to bed at 8PM and 8.30PM so no chance of them being up at 11PM tuning into Babestation
however I think they'd probably rather be watching Pepa Pig at that time if they so happened to be up at that time of the night 
anyway my Brother has his Adults Channels switched off so he doesn't have anything to worry about. As for Babestation well unlike Bangbabes they have got more chance of a successful outcome, Babestation still has a Dutch Licence and that should not be forgotten, although it looks rather grim at the moment with Ofcom wanting them put to the sword by the Dutch Censors, if they as I expect they will do dismiss Ofcom's claim as nothing short of barmy then it will in turn be the first victory ever for any of the babe channels against them and could in actual fact become a turning point for the channels. If you look at it from a half full glass point of view Ofcom could be the ones and not Babestation who are put firmly to the sword
