We try to reply back to your email 3 times and it kept bouncing back.

Is anyone else having issues connecting to the website? I've tried different browsers and even tried connecting on different PC's but still having issues.

The site appears to be down. Actually the issue is that there's no DNS entry for shebang.tv anymore, so nothing to resolve into an IP address to display the site.

Site is back up, with a notice of
"We are currently making an important upgrade to our services, which is expected to be completed by 09:00 BST on 23 August 2012. We apologise for any loss of service during this period."

We are currently updating to a bigger more powerful cloud server.
Its just a process for the DNS nameservers to be transferred to the new server.

i signed up today and first of all there was no connection to the database and now the when logging in i get sent to a page of excuses why i can't login, pathetic

As stated in previous post we are changing over to a new server, this is a process out of our hands, it is 90% complete and still in progress of changing from old to new server
