A cheese (has to be a strong flavoured cheese - extra mature) and tomato (off the vine) on oatmeal bread. Plenty of full cream butter too.

Fried egg & sliced cheddar between two slices of white toast, spread with English mustard. A good breakfast when you're not sure when lunchtime will be.
